This 65 m² large house invites you to relax on its three levels. The separate and fully equipped kitchen with the adjoining dining and living room and the luxurious bathroom grant a stress-free vacation. The modern dining and living area as well as the bath are equipped with floor heating to increase your comfort.
The bedrooms are equipped for with single sized beds. On the first floor the two beds can be put together as a king sized bed. Upon request we provide a baby crib.

Solid wooden furniture - cofortable seating for up to six pax, small sofa and flat screen TV - Master bed room (second floor):
Two single beds that can be put together as a king size bed with two nightstands, clothes cabinet, TV and space for a baby bed (upon request) - Bath room (second floor):
Shower, WC, sink, floor heating and mirror cabinet - Bed room (third floor):

We kindly ask for a minimum stay of four nights. Longer stays will be offered separately upon request.
Final cleaning flat charge: 40,00 € - 60,00 €
Children below the age of 2 - sleeping in the crib - stay free of charge.
Bedding will be provided cost free upon arrival. Of course we offer a towel and additional laundry service upon request
Arrival as of 2 p.m. or as agreed upon - departure till 10 a.m. or as agreed upon.
